MY APPRECIATION!! This is really a review for Karen Radley Volkswagen which is just next door to Acura, but not listed on this map/review. They ought to be similar in service and this review need to reflect either one of these two dealers. 1st of all, I am impressed with their service. I just stopped by to ask a question about my VW, trying to get a feel for how much my repair bill was going to be if I dropped it off here as opposed to a local mom & pop repair shop. Initial thing the service manager said was, "let's take a look." Then he walked out to the automobile and drove it himself. His recommendation was, surprisingly, "wait until the symptom comes back simply because it runs just fine now." He immediately earned my trust at that time, not to mention my appreciation for his give to drive the car before telling me anything. Then he gave me a sheet of estimated cost of the repair. Well, the cost is going to be slightly higher than what my local repair shop would charge, but I know I am coming back to him. Not only for repairs, but to buy my next vehicle at this dealership. Whilst I was there, I took a test drive, as well as the sales person was as courteous. I am sold at their helpfulness.
